Today, I will introduce “PROA,” a restaurant at the entrance of Ypao Beach.
It is famous for Chamorro dishes with a French twist.

If you are driving, there is a parking lot available.
Since it is a popular restaurant, if the parking lot is full, you can park on the road next to the stairs on the left.

When you enter, you will see cakes displayed in a showcase on the right.
If you want to order takeout, you can place your order here.

The small dining area is always busy.

Here is the takeout menu.
If you are with a group, the Family Platter is a good choice.

This is the dine-in menu.
We visited at 6 PM with a reservation, but unfortunately, only two BBQ menu items were available.
We wanted to try more dishes since we came as a group of six, but we couldn’t.

Here’s what we ordered:

• Hibachi-style short ribs (beef BBQ)
• Big Fella Trio (beef ribs and chicken)
  (It usually includes three kinds of meat, but pork was not available that day, so we had only two.)
• Red rice and salad
  There was no draft beer, so we ordered dark beer.
  Luckily, everything was delicious.

At PROA, you can order cakes only or as a dessert with your meal.

We ordered taro cake for dessert.
It wasn’t too sweet and tasted great.

PROA’s short rib BBQ is highly recommended.
