How to Refuel

Self-service gas stations are the norm in Guam.

Since we are here, let’s try self-serve! Self-serve is less expensive.

Choose self-service fueling machines.

Park your car where there is a “Shell Serve” sign.

“Full Serve” is more expensive because the staff does everything for you.

Select “Unleaded” with green gun green text.

“Unleaded” means regular gasoline.

Tell store staff to refuel.

Go to the nearest staff member or cashier in the store and tell them the number of the machine and “Fill Up”.

Refuel

After opening the car’s fueling port and removing the cap, remove the gun from the fueling machine, raise the lever supporting the gun, and you are ready to go.
Insert the nozzle of the gun into the fueling port and squeeze the grip of the gun to release gasoline.

The machine stops automatically when the tank is close to full. The sensor reacts to the momentum of the gasoline and stops the machine before the tank is full. After the machine stops, re-grip the gun 3 to 5 times until the tank is completely full. Return the gun to its original position.

Payment.

1 gallon = 3.8 liters

Due to frequent changes in gasoline prices, we are unable to provide advance notice. Please confirm the price on the spot.

The location of the gas station will be explained at the time of departure.
We will lend you a full tank of gas, so please be sure to return it with a full tank when you return the car.
*If you forget to fill up your tank or do not have a full tank of gas, you will be reimbursed according to the kilometer conversion rate specified by our company based on the actual number of kilometers you have driven. This is more expensive because our staff will go to the gas station to fill up the tank. Please remember to fill up the tank before returning the car.
