Payment

Payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Diners) at our office in Guam.
- Debit cards, prepaid cards and traveler’s checks are not accepted. Cash is accepted only if you take all three coverage options (CDW, ZDW and NOC) and leave a $150 deposit.
- Please pay with the driver’s credit card. If the driver doesn’t have a credit card, you can pay with a card in someone else’s name, but an additional driver fee applies. Photocopies of cards are not accepted.
- A refundable $100 security deposit is held on your credit card at pickup and released when you return the car.

Getting Between the Airport and Our Main Office
From the Airport: Please Take a Taxi
We don’t offer airport pickup, so please take a taxi.
Our Main Office in Tumon is about 1.8 miles (2.8 km) from Guam Airport, roughly a 10-minute ride. The fare is about $20, and a 10–15% tip is customary in Guam.

Show your taxi receipt at the counter and we’ll take $15 off your rental fee.

Free Ride After You Return the Car
After you return the car, we’ll drive you from our Main Office to Guam Airport or your hotel for free.
Renting a Car from Guam AirportReturns
Please return the car by the time in your rental agreement. If you’re running late, contact the office beforehand.
Extensions incur an overtime charge. Keeping the car longer without notice violates the rental agreement, and you will be responsible for any resulting damages.
Refueling
Cars are rented with a full tank, so fill up at a nearby gas station before returning the car. If the tank was not full at pickup, refill it to the pickup level. Show the fuel receipt when you settle up.
*If you can’t refuel or the tank is short, the fuel will be charged at our standard rates.
View, Change or Cancel a Booking
Reservation cancellation is free up to 1 hour before departure.

Pets
Because some customers have animal allergies, pets are generally not allowed in our cars. Thank you for your understanding.
