Hilton Guam Resort & Spa ROY’S RESTAURANT

Today, I visited ROY’S Restaurant in the main tower of Hilton Guam Resort & Spa for lunch. I was curious to try the lunch menu, which is different from the dinner course I previously introduced.

After passing through the entrance, I entered a calm space with lots of sunlight. The atmosphere is bright during the day.
The lunch price is $38 + 10%. Depending on the menu you choose, there may be extra charges. The meal is a three-course style where you choose an appetizer, main course, and dessert.

When I ordered, they immediately brought out warm bread with tapenade. The bread has a nice texture and is easy to eat. If you need more, you can ask for extra.

For the appetizer, I ordered fried Brussels sprouts. I thought “fried” meant they would be deep-fried, but they were actually roasted vegetables. The taste is healthy and close to the natural flavor of the vegetables.

The main course is Norwegian salmon. It’s called Hibachi Salmon, and it comes with grilled salmon, mixed grain rice, various vegetables, and wasabi butter sauce.

This is also a main course, ROY’S signature Sichuan-style half rack baby back ribs.

Here’s another main course, the chef’s steak of the day. The meat is cooked just right, and it’s very tasty. It also goes well with the mixed grain rice underneath. This might be the best choice among all the options!

Seasonal fruit is served as dessert. It is beautifully arranged on the plate, fresh, and very delicious.

It was a satisfying and slightly luxurious lunch experience. There are many menu options, so I’ll definitely come back soon to try something else!
