Are there any restrictions on installing a child safety seat?

Child seats go in the back seats only.

Guam law calls for a seat matched to your child's age and weight — an Infant Seat for 0-1 years or up to 9kg, a Child Seat for 1-4 years or 9-18kg, and a Booster Seat for ages 4-11 up to 145cm — and each type rents for a flat $5.00/24 hrs.
