Except for some package plans, the car rental fee includes the car rental fee and automobile liability insurance other insurance is optional.

Child seats can only be installed in the rear seats. *The number of child seats that can be installed varies depending on the vehicle class. For details, please refer to the Car Models and Fees page.

With the exception of some package plans, gasoline costs must be borne by the customer, and the rental and return tanks must be full. If you are unable to return the vehicle with a full tank, we can accept payment according to our company’s prescribed fee schedule, but as this will be a very expensive fee including handling fees, we recommend that you fill up the tank yourself before returning the vehicle.

There is a free shuttle service between the Tumon-Tum Ning area hotels and the main store. *We do not provide shuttle service between the airport and hotels.

Cars are not dispatched to hotels.

Parking is free at all Guam hotels, so please use the parking lot of the hotel where you are staying.

All of our rental cars are AT (automatic transmission) cars.

Car type and color cannot be specified. Reservations are made by class designation.

Small children and babies are counted as one passenger.

Riding in the back of a cargo truck is permitted in Guam, but for safety reasons, rental car customers are not allowed to do so.

All rental cars are non-smoking, and even if you do not smoke in the car, you will be charged for one day’s rental fee if the smell of cigarettes remains in the car when you return it and you are unable to rent another car.

Automobile liability insurance is included; other insurance is optional.

If you purchase all of the optional insurance available

An accident handling legal fee ($150) will be charged regardless of the size of the accident. Any costs not covered by insurance limits are the responsibility of the customer.

If you do not have insurance

Since you will have to pay large amounts for things like vehicle repair costs, medical expenses for passengers, and compensation for time away from work, we recommend that you take out optional insurance.

The limit cannot be increased. *To date, we have not had any serious accidents that exceed the limit.

There are many crimes committed by tourists in Lithidian Beach, and the roads are very rough with a high possibility of flat tires and no cell phone service in case of an emergency. Please note that we do not allow rental cars on the beach.
